Girl Tech Magic: Shanel Crusoe Software Engineering Manager Since she entered the industry of software engineering, Shanel Crusoe has been pushing forth new and innovative ideas. With over eleven years of experience, Shanel has help to develop many innovative solutions within the software industry. She specializes in software test and software safety, and she posses a strong technical background. She has won The Women of Color, Technology Rising Star Award, the 2019 Invention of the Year Award, the BEYA, Modern Day Technology Leader Award, Society of Women’s Engineer of the Year Award, and patent holder. Shanel graduated from Tennessee State University with a BA in Business Information Systems and soon thereafter, she received her second bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from Colorado Technical University, where she graduated suma cum laude. She received her MBA in Technical Resource Management, where she graduated with honors. She also received her Masters in Computer Science, where she graduated suma cum laude. She is currently pursuing her PhD. in Computer Science
